Questions people ask
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks from Malaysia, China or the UAE, including seller processing, shipping, import and customs clearance. We send a shipment from each country every 7 to 10 days, so order before the cut-off to catch the next one. You can follow every step on the Track Order page.
Why is the weight charge an estimate?
We only know the exact weight once the parcel reaches our hub. We quote a rough estimate first, then charge the actual weight with your final payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as we have not placed it with the seller yet. Your advance is refunded within 3 working days, minus the sending or transfer charge. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If the seller cancels or the item is out of stock, that item’s advance is returned.
Who is responsible for product quality?
We are a medium of import: we buy exactly what you request from the seller. Quality, sizing and authenticity depend on the seller, so please check reviews, ratings and size charts before ordering.
Which items can you not import?
Weapons, medicines, loose batteries, large amounts of liquid and other restricted goods. See the prohibited items list or ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
How do I pay?
Pay the 50% advance by bKash or Nagad Send Money to 01841664825, or by bank transfer to Eastern Bank PLC A/C 127 107 000 4226. Then upload the proof on the tracking page. The remaining amount and weight charge are paid on delivery.
When can I get a refund?
If we made a mistake when ordering (wrong item, size, colour or quantity) or the product was damaged through our fault. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. Approved refunds are sent within 3 working days.
